I loved this book. E. Ayers is so creative in writing the River City series. I am always so excited to read about the new residents but also love renewing the friendships with past residents. The story of Trent and Cassie, and Shawn, was so refreshing and showed love that only E. Ayers can show in her characters. I can't wait for the next one.Product details

Good read. I hope future books will be available on Unlimited. I have enjoyed reading 1 thru 7 of this series. As usual it is nice to see bits of other characters stories revealed in future volumes. Trent and Cassie were good together. Shawn was a sweet little boy.
3 out of 5 stars. Very sweet. I liked the plot and was happy with the results. Yet, I thought they rushed into things really fast and found that some of the secondary plots were stretched out more then needed. I just wished I could have gotten into a bit more. =0/
